Return Policy

Because Meemza Group products are handmade leather items, we follow strict inspection before dispatch. However, if you face any issue:

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request an exchange/return only if:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The size/model delivered is incorrect.

2. Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Handmade leather variations (texture, marks, slight color differences) are not considered defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance campaigns

4. Exchange Process

  • After approval, the customer ships the item back.
  • Once received and inspected, we issue an exchange.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered except in rare cases where:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • The item delivered is defective and replacement is unavailable.

Refunds (if approved) are issued within 7–10 working days via bank transfer.
